ExcluServ, as a provider of outsourced accounting, consulting and software services, deals with personal data daily. We do this both as:
- A Data Controller, relating to our own customers, staff and associates
- A Data Processor, relating to data processed on behalf of our customers
Our Privacy Notice reflects how we deal with personal data across the board and also within each category above.
Where we process personal data on behalf of our customers, we act as a Data Processor and that processing is governed by our contract with the customer (the Data Controller), including any applicable Data Processing Agreements.
