We will make a reasonable effort to communicate any significant changes via email, but your continued use of our services will be subject to the updated notice.

ExcluServ, as a provider of outsourced accounting, consulting and software services, deals with personal data daily. We do this both as:

  1. A Data Controller, relating to our own customers, staff and associates
  2. A Data Processor, relating to data processed on behalf of our customers

Our Privacy Notice reflects how we deal with personal data across the board and also within each category above.

Where we process personal data on behalf of our customers, we act as a Data Processor and that processing is governed by our contract with the customer (the Data Controller), including any applicable Data Processing Agreements.

  • If you are a Data Subject affected by that Data Processing Agreement you should direct your queries to the Data Controller, who has instructed ExcluServ to process your personal data.
  • If you are acting as the Data Controller the section below will give you notice of how we act regarding this privacy notice, in relation to processing on your behalf.
